Cyclus Tools Crownrace Cutter 1" (27mm) with Cutter

The Cyclus Tools face milling tool is used for optimal adjustment of the lower fork cone seat on the fork neck. To avoid overstressing, even pressure must be applied to the milling cutter with the help of the threaded sleeve and the spring. The tool must always be turned in the cutting direction (clockwise) only! Use a cutting oil - suitable for the material to be machined - for this purpose.

Technical details of the Cyclus Tools face milling tool

• The milling cutter is suitable for 1" (27 mm) fork cone seats
• The max. milling depth is 6 mm
• Produces exactly levelled fork cone seats

Note: Remove any existing chrome layers before milling to avoid excessive wear of the cutting edges or "seizing" of the tool in the head tube.
