Enervit Sport Isotonic Drink is an instant-drink granulate for preparing a carbohydrate electrolyte solution for use in the event of abundant sweating resulting from an intense and athletic activity. Carbohydrate-electrolyte solutions contribute to the maintenance of endurance performance during prolonged endurance exercise and enhance the absorption of water during physical exercise.

Recommended usage
Prepare a portion by dissolving the content of two measuring spoons (equal to approx. 30 g of the product) in a 500-ml bottle. During intense physical activity, it is recommend to take 500 ml of the product for each hour of the activity performed, drinking regularly (one sip approximately every 15 minutes), thereby keeping the intensity of the exercise and ambient conditions into account.
