Recommended usage:

Dissolve 1 scoop per 250 ml of water to prepare a carbohydrate-based isotonic drink, a source of vitamin B1 that contributes to a normal energy-rich metabolism. The recommended dose is 2 scoops dissolved in 500 ml of water, every hour of activity. Alternatively, one scoop to 500ml of water is possible - produces a hypotonic mixture.
