Usage

Every Liquid Gel provides 30 g of carbohydrates in 2:1 maltodextrin-fructose ratio. Take 1-2 Liquid Gels for every hour of physical activity. Once the Liquid Gel has been opened, keep it in the refrigerator and use within 48 hours.

Concerns flavors with caffeine content: Do not exceed the recommended dose. High caffeine content. Not recommended for children or pregnant or breast-feeding women (42 mg/ 100 ml).
