Made from Evazote, an environmentally friendly closed-cell EVA (ethyl vinyl acetate) foam optimized for expedition use. Evazote has long been known for its extreme durability. Even thorns, sharp crampons or sharp stones do not bother the mat. The mat can be spread and folded in many ways. It can also be used to cut insulating soles, blister patches and buoyancy aids, and can even serve as rain protection. Expedition-proven: Practically every expeditioner has it with them.
