Exped Venus II Footprint - moraine

A footprint is additionally placed under the tent and protects the tent floor from abrasion and dirt. It has the same shape as the tent floor plan, but is cut slightly smaller so that no rain can get between the tent floor and footprint. This practical carpet pad is easily attached directly to the tent and pegs with elastic straps. In the vestibule, the footprint protects like a carpet and thus ensures less dirt in the tent. In addition, the formation of condensation moisture is also reduced.

A footprint can also be stretched as a tarp against rain, wind and sun.
