The Extralite HyperBoost3 R rear hub impresses with very low weight and high reliability at the same time. The black anodized aluminium housing has a 6-hole mount for brake discs and is available in 2 different hole numbers for straight pull spokes.
The Boost hub is also equipped with 2 corrosion-resistant, durable and low-friction stainless steel bearings. Thanks to these closed bearings and further O-seals, the hub is also perfectly protected against dirt and moisture during hard MTB use.
The freewheel was lightened by 20% to reduce mass inertia, noise and friction which in turn comes to the life of good. In addition, a durable polyurethane seal protects the mechanism from external influences.
