The Fox Super Light Steel spring (SLS) is lighter than titanium and at an affordable price. A specially developed surface treatment and a stress-reducing manufacturing process reduces the residual stress of the spring, which allows it to withstand greater loads. Each spring has also been optimized by using a smaller material diameter and fewer spring coils, allowing for a lighter product.

Fox SLS Steel Spring Compatibility:

The SLS Super Light steel spring is suitable for Fox DHX2 and Van RC shocks model year 2016 and later. For use on shocks prior to model year 2016, the separately available SLS Spring Retainer spring retainer (FOX284361) is required.
