Chainguides were created to keep the chain going on the drive train. Funn may not have invented the chain guide, but they spent a lot of time perfecting it and were now able to design an adequate chain guide for Shimano electric motors. These can even withstand the forces of the motors without the chain leaving its place.
If you are running 1x system on your bike than this guide will work for you. It is fully CNC machined of an aluminum alloy and suitable for the E-Type mounting standard. The Zippa lite covers a tooth capacity for 26T-36T (not compatible with oval chainrings).
Suitable for Shimano e-bike motors.
