Gaerne's technology combined with the know-how of Michelin's designers and technicians has produced the new EPS Light Weight Carbon Fiber Mtb sole, which offers the right mix of performance, durability, strength and lightness. The structure of the sole is made of carbon to provide excellent stiffness and power when pedaling. The Michelin rubber tread combines a compound designed to balance performance and abrasion resistance, even in extreme conditions, with a tread pattern that provides excellent grip and traction. The large distance between the treads allows for better self-cleaning and immediate drainage of mud.
