Now you can combine the latest drivetrain technology from Shimano with unique high-performance components from Garbaruk. The lightweight and stiff design, combined with a unique tooth profile, allows silky smooth shifting and no chain drops when back pedaling.
At 349 grams, the Garbaruk Microspline cassette is a no-compromise solution that outperforms most competing products on the market. This is achieved by all Garbaruk's usual lightweight components, 11 sprockets milled from a single piece of steel and a large 52 tooth 7075 aluminum.
With 520% bandwidth, the Garbaruk solution offers the widest range of ratios for such a lightweight product that gives you the ability to climb the steepest mountains.
The manufacture of such a lightweight MTB cassette requires precise CNC machining. The largest sprocket is made of 7075-T6 aluminum alloy and is anodized. At the same time, the other 11 cassette pinions are milled from a single hardened steel block and provided with a durable nickel coating to ensure maximum durability. A matching color lock ring is included.
The Garbaruk 10-52T / 12-speed cassette is designed to have larger gear jumps at slower speeds and smaller gear jumps at higher speeds. This allows for smoother shifting at higher speeds for even more precision. You can use this cassette for Micro-Spline with any 12-speed chain. However, Garbaruk recommends using Shimano 12-speed chains for perfect shifting performance. Also, please note that a Shimano 12-speed rear derailleur with long cage (SGS) is required for smooth operation of the cassette.
