In-Mold Construction

In In-Mold™ helmets, the outer shell is molded together with the EPS inner shell using pressure and steam. This makes the helmet, without adding weight, even more resistant. This production process also allows for significantly better ventilation systems and openings to be molded.

Roc Loc® Jr.

Easy-to-adjust adjustment system with knob, specially adapted to the smaller heads of children. The system was developed using anatomical data obtained through years of research to achieve the best possible safe and comfortable fit.
