Roctane Suggested usage:
The Roctane Ultra Endurance Energy Gel contain about 100 calories per serving (32 g). This is an ideal amount of energy for consumption about 15 minutes before a competition or training in order to balance the electrolyte and glucose storage. During the exercise a gel should be taken then every 30 to 45 minutes along with some liquid.
Nutritional supplements are no substitute for a varied and balanced diet. The recommended daily dose should not be exceeded. The product must be stored out of the reach of small children. Store in a cool, dry place.
