The Makra Pro Low Lady GTX is an approach shoe for demanding terrain. But what actually makes a good approach shoe? Multifunctionality is required. It should function on a wide variety of terrain: from asphalt paths to forest and meadow to scree fields. Comfort, stability and flexibility play an important role here. The lightweight low shoe should fit perfectly, offer support in the toe and heel area, have a robust, weatherproof upper material and, of course, a grippy outsole. The new Makra Pro Low GTX meets all the conditions that make a shoe an ideal approach shoe.

Weatherproof and breathable

Thanks to waterproof GORE-TEX membrane, feet stay dry even in inconsistent weather. The Perwanger leather is robust, breathable and durable. A material combination that convinces all along the line.

Outsole with good grip and stable midsole

The exclusive Vibram "Makra outsole" offers excellent grip. The lightweight, yet particularly stable midsole is made of PU and EVA. In the heel PU provides perfect cushioning, in the forefoot EVA provides precision in the approach.

Lacing up to the toe area

A feature of the Makra family is the optimized Ghilly lacing up to the toe area - the laces are pulled through textile loops. The foot thus has a good hold even in the front area and in a half-high model and you stand stable in the shoe.

Comfortable heel area

The soft PU heel is oversized, which provides optimal cushioning for the heel area. A reinforcing PU foam wedge also provides additional cushioning and an ideal rolling motion. A TPU film protects the heel from scratches, abrasion or chemicals.
