Herrmans H-Black Pro E-Bike LED Front Light

The new HERRMANS® headlight H-BLACK PRO E-Bike is the first bicycle headlight that uses the new and patented projector technology (P-Tech). With this, Herrmans brings a piece of automotive technology to the bicycle industry. It is not for nothing that this system is used in headlights from various car manufacturers. The P-Tech technology allows for extremely high optical efficiency and good light distribution without unwanted stray light. The result is very high light output and a focused beam with sharp light boundaries - more light on the road where it is needed. Furthermore, the headlamp delivers very good close-range illumination and almost completely suppresses light flicker at low speeds. The light pattern is extraordinarily wide, very long and homogeneously geared to the needs of cyclists.

The e-bike version works with direct current (DC), provides a light output of about 100 lux or 230 lumens and is thus one of the brightest StVZO approved headlights on the market. Two additional LEDs (one each on the right and left) provide with the help of a lens system for optimum lateral visibility and thus significantly increased safety. The H-BLACK PRO E was designed to work with both 6V and 12V e-bike systems (so one headlight for both power levels). A compact CNC machined aluminum housing provides the necessary cooling, so that even after long rides with light the light output is maintained and not reduced by overheating of the electronics and LEDs. Due to many different bracket options and European approvals, the H-BLACK PRO is a state-of-the-art and compact headlight for any e-bike (except speed pedelecs).
