The Pro 4 hubs got a reworked hub body with bigger flanges to follow the trend to bigger wheels.
With higher flanges you'll get a stronger and stiffer wheel compared to the Pro 2 Evo.
Hope presents the Pro 4 Boost front hub for "Plus Size" forks with the new 15 x 110 mm Boost thru axle system and Torque caps. Both hub flanges are moved outboard 5 mm compared to the standard 100 mm front hub to increase wheel stiffness and durability.
The design of the hub is based on the Pro 4 front hub and has been specially optimized for "Plus Size" wheels and forks with torque compatibility. Increased spoke flange diameters spreads the spoke holes away from each other. This enables you to use shorter spokes to build a more durable, stiffer and stronger wheel. The hub runs on stainless steel bearings which results in durability and much improved running characteristics. The hub shell is CNC-machined and anodized. Compatible with all brake discs with ISO 6 hole design.
