Isostar Hydrate & Perform is an isotonic electrolyte drink specially developed to support athletic performance. The carbohydrate-electrolyte solution contributes to the maintenance of endurance conduction during prolonged endurance training and improves the absorption of water during physical activity.

Usage:
While warming up (150 ml every 15 min) and regularly during and after exercise (up to 2 hours after exercise) (150 ml every 15 min).
Procedure for preparing a portion: dilute 3 measuring spoons (approx. 40 g) in 500 ml of water.
Preferred activities:
Ideal during intense or prolonged exercises and recommended when practising sports in a warm climate.
