SUPPLEX SLUB: Supplex is a tried and tested UV protection fabric made of nylon fibres. It has a soft, supple texture, is easy care, crease resistant and very robust. Its high UV protection factor (40+) meets the AS/NZS 4399/1996 standard; it blocks out 97.5% of harmful UVA and UVB rays. The protection function is durably embedded in the fibres themselves and is not affected by contact with sweat or water. This version of the fabric has a linen like, irregular ("slub yarn") structure.
