In the maxSHELL® manufacturing process, almost the entire EPS inner shell is covered by the outer microshell, even into the vents (maximum microshell coverage).

The QUICKSTOPP® system in the center of the helmet allows quick adjustment of the strap length and prevents the strap from slipping from one side of the head to the other.

Fidlock® technology makes closing the harness buckle even easier. Combining magnetic force and mechanical latching, the Fidlock® buckle closes virtually automatically and can be operated with just one hand. Unintentional pinching of the skin is ruled out. At the same time, the closures are highly reliable, robust and secure.

With the K-FIT system, KED has developed one of the most modern and lightest fitting systems with integrated mono-LED. K-FIT combines visibility thanks to reflector and flashing LED with a precise, fine-grid adjustment in both directions of rotation and reliable locking in the selected position.
