Kenda Nevegal 2 Pro ATC Folding Tire - 29x2.60"

Over a decade after its original release, the Kenda Nevegal gets a complete makeover that leaves no aspect of the tire unchanged. The tread pattern was updated for less rolling resistance and now comes with the EN-DTC compound. The casing benefits from the latest of material technology featuring the Advanced Trail Casing optimized for enduro.

The Advanced Trail Casing (ATC) uses a layer of SCT on the sidewalls and a K-Armor belt under the tread area. K-Armor allows for a tighter weave and the use of less rubber, resulting in a lighter tire and a casing that is supple enough to allow the knobs to flex and form under load, yet still protects from pinch flats or casing tears.

The EN-DTC compound features a lower rolling resistance than previous dual tread compounds. Tires with EN-DTC show less wear than similar tires. With shore A values lower than the original DTC, the EN-DTC provides a more responsive ride, letting the knobs do the work of control and braking on the ground.

The tire is Tubeless ready to saves weight and provides a better rolling performance and more controlled handling. Riding tubeless also reduces the chance of flats.

Note: Tubeless Ready tires require tubeless compatible rims/wheels, tubeless valves, tubeless rim tape and sealing fluid for tubeless mounting. Sealant fluid is not required for tubeless UST tires, but is recommended for increased puncture protection. Installation should only be carried out by qualified personnel.
