The La Sportiva TX Guide approach shoe is the most technical shoe in the line TX Series La Sportiva. Designed for technical approaches and mountaineering, this shoe is for mountain guides and all those who are busy on the mountain and are looking for a high-performance and durable footwear.

TX Guide is versatile, lightweight, offers protection and is perfect for walk-run & climb. This is also seen in the look, which is oriented to the combination between running/approach and the technical solution from the climbing world (sole, edge and lacing). The new Tech Fit fit, sleek and tight, ensures maximum performance. The very stable tip allows optimal grip on edges during mountaineering. The rear recalls the Mythos style look and allows a perfect closure at the heel.

The combination sole/midsole was made with double density compressed EVA, for cushioning on the heel and stabilization on the midfoot. The front side of the midsole is equipped with a TPU layer created with two-component injection molding technology, which also serves as an intermediate layer, as well as Climbing Zone and also Rock Guard layer of the forefoot. The sole with double Vibram MegaGrip and Idrogrip mixture is the perfect combination between grip and durability.
