With the unique Löffler hotBOND® technology, highly elastic materials are spot-welded using ultrasound. This means: No seams that can press or rub. Special machines are used to melt the fabric layers on the surface and weld them together to form very flat joints. These joints are not only comfortable to wear, they are also more tear-resistant and durable than conventional seams.

Löffler combines highly elastic materials with the proven hotBOND® technology by means of ultrasonic welding. What is new is that these connection points reflect when illuminated thanks to a special processing technique. The connections without needle and thread are extremely tear-resistant, as elastic as the material itself and ultra-flat. The reflective points only show their full effect under the light beam, otherwise they are very discreet.
