The jersey is made of lightweight, elastic and breathable Race-Carbon material with Race-Elastic and Race-Vent. This fabric dries quickly and is also finished with hotBOND®reflective technology. The short-sleeved jersey with all-over print is equipped with an aero collar and a concealed, full-length front zip. The elastic arm cuffs, the 3 back pocket with zip entry pocket, the silicone waistband and the reflectors provide that certain something. Fit: Slim.

Race Carbon:

A special knitting technique enables the characteristic carbon look. The material is lightweight, elastic and dries quickly. The combination of polyester and elastane ensures perfect sweat transport and high breathability.

Race Elastic:

The innovative, super-elastic polyester material from the Löffler knitting mill was specially developed for endurance sports. Race Elastic has excellent transverse elasticity with limited longitudinal elasticity for perfect freedom of movement. The lightweight, breathable jersey material offers the highest performance in sweat transport, fast drying time and excellent wearing properties.

Race-Vent:

Race-Vent is an extremely lightweight material mix. Race-Vent features excellent sweat transport, is highly breathable and dries quickly. With a pleasant next-to-skin wearing comfort.

hotBOND®:

With the unique Löffler hotBOND® technology, highly elastic materials are spot-welded using ultrasound. This means no seams that can press or chafe. Special machines are used to melt the fabric layers on the surface and thus weld them into very flat joints. These joints are not only comfortable to wear, but also more tear-resistant and durable than conventional seams. The production and manufacturing of the hotBOND® collection takes place exclusively in Austria.

Löffler connects highly elastic materials using ultrasonic welding with the proven hotBOND® technology. What's new is that these connection points reflect when illuminated thanks to a special processing technique. For tights and shirts, this means no seams that pinch or chafe, plus more safety thanks to 360-degree visibility. The connections without needle and thread are extremely tear-resistant, as elastic as the material itself and ultra-flat. The reflective dots only show their full effect under the light beam, otherwise they are very discreet. hotBOND® reflective products are produced exclusively at Löffler's headquarters in Ried im Innkreis (Upper Austria).
