HYPR is a full silica compound and Maxxis best road tire compound. 16% less rolling resistance and 23% better grip in the wet than the old road bike compound. Most impressively, HYPR significantly improves rolling resistance and traction while still maintaining the extremely high level of durability of our old compounds.
Maxxis uses a ZK puncture protection insert, which consists of a liquid crystal polymer fiber and heralds a new era in puncture protection.
