The NEWMEN EVOLUTION SL 318.2 is one of the lightest 3D forged Oversize stems in the world!
The forging of 3D stems was initiated around 2001. The first super-smooth stems came very quickly. These stems were for years the benchmark in terms of weight. After the introduction of the handlebar clamp size of 31.8mm and the new design for stems (a round stem tube is no longer suitable for the current frame design), unfortunately the weight of these stems has also risen to the top.
With the EVOLUTION SL 318.2, however, NEWMEN has succeeded in creating a stem with a contemporary design and low weight. In addition to its low weight and straightforward design, it also impresses with its stiffness, stability and durability.
The assembling of the handlebar is very easy with a small mounting aid.
