The Nikwax Softshell Proof is a wash-in impregnation that renews or improves the rain resistance especially of softshell garments and maintains breathability. It is neutral in color and does not attack the structure of the fabric. The application is very simple, similar to the use of a normal detergent. Hand washing is also possible without any problems. Softshell Proof is environmentally friendly, biodegradable, non-flammable and non-toxic.
Note: Before treatment, the textile should be cleaned without conventional detergents, as any residues may impair the effectiveness of the impregnating agent. It is recommended to prewash with Nikwax Tech Wash.
