Northwave's new winter shoe for the road consists of a Pique Gore-Tex® membrane which keeps the foot warm and perfectly insulated in moderate winter temperatures. An additional lining in the toe area provides better thermal insulation.

The carbon-reinforced Jaw sole with a stiffness index of 8.0 and a heel made of natural rubber ensures extreme grip on any surface.

The upper shoe with its overlap construction minimizes wind resistance, perfectly envelops the foot, avoids pressure points and transmits every watt of power to the drive train without loss. Additional TPU reinforcements provide 360° protection on the entire upper shoe.

An easy and even fit is guaranteed by the SLW2 twist and turn closure system, the only one with a step-by-step release that allows for millimetre-precise adjustment of the shoe closure in a quick and intuitive way. The new Easyfit Climaflex entry section combines the extreme flexibility of the Gore-Tex Rattler® membrane with the high thermal insulation made of neoprene and guarantees mobility and cold / wet protection.

The ergonomic heel shape with its anatomical fit thanks to the latest thermoforming technology in combination with our Arctic 4Layer insole made of EVA + Aluminium as well as EVA + Pile ensures excellent thermal insulation. The 360° reflex inserts provide more safety in poor visibility conditions.
