When you are active, you should drink more than usual. The easiest way to do this is with a hydration system. That's why you can add a professional hydration system to your Atrack - consisting of a specially shaped and designed 2-liter hydration bladder, a removable hose, a bite valve with protective cap - and a thermal protection bag that keeps your water cool even after hours. The drinking tube is simply threaded through the sealing ring on the backpack - the water tightness is still guaranteed.
