The Pirelli Scorpion Enduro R MTB folding tire provides excellent grip on mixed surfaces with maximum puncture resistance. The lug height and their spacing have been perfectly matched to the specially developed SmartGRIP rubber compound. The specific design of the center lugs which comes from Pirelli's experience in the world of motocross increases the grip and stability both under braking and acceleration.

This provides an unique level of dynamism and reliability, as well as excellent smoothness on different surfaces. To further increase rolling characteristics and puncture resistance, the tire offers the option of tubeless operation.

Pirelli recommends the Scorpion Enduro R due to its excellent riding characteristics and for maximum propulsion on the rear wheel to use.

SmartGRIP

This rubber compound is the result of an extensive research and development process that has resulted in the best possible performance in both dry and wet conditions. Pirelli has chosen a single-compound composition to achieve the most consistent performance over the life of the tire, even when the lugs start to wear down.

ProWALL

This is a protective sidewall reinforcement technology for improved puncture protection and optimized handling, even at low tire pressure. An additional layer of nylon fabric over the sidewalls of the carcass provides additional safety and improved cornering stability.

Note: Tubeless Ready tires require tubeless compatible rims/wheels, tubeless valves, tubeless rim tape and sealing fluid for tubeless mounting. Sealant fluid is not required for tubeless UST tires, but is recommended for increased puncture protection. Installation should only be carried out by qualified personnel.
