The Pirelli Scorpion Trail MTB M folding tire provides excellent grip on mixed surfaces with maximum puncture resistance. The lug height and their spacing have been perfectly matched to the specially developed SmartGRIP rubber compound. This provides uncompromising performance even in changing conditions on compact and loose surfaces. The additional "bridges" between the lugs support them and improve self-cleaning in wet conditions.

The Trail M covers all riding styles as well as track conditions, whether on the local race track or the next trip to the mountains.

To further enhance rolling characteristics and puncture resistance, the tire offers the option of tubeless operation.

SmartGRIP

This rubber compound is the result of an extensive research and development process that has resulted in the best possible performance in both dry and wet conditions. Pirelli has chosen a single-compound composition to achieve the most consistent performance over the life of the tire, even when the lugs start to wear down.

ProWALL

This is a protective sidewall reinforcement technology for improved puncture protection and optimized handling, even at low tire pressure. An additional layer of nylon fabric over the sidewalls of the carcass provides additional safety and improved cornering stability.

Note: Tubeless Ready tires require tubeless compatible rims/wheels, tubeless valves, tubeless rim tape and sealing fluid for tubeless mounting. Sealant fluid is not required for tubeless UST tires, but is recommended for increased puncture protection. Installation should only be carried out by qualified personnel.
