- THE STRAPS
A minimalist, tubular construction!
Breathable straps that dry quickly and offer amazing comfort thanks to the inverted, tubular construction. The seams are hidden inside, so they have no contact with the skin.
- VENTILATED STRUCTURE
Ribbed construction with different densities designed to improve ventilation of the abdomen and reduce heat generation. The result is improved breathability.
- PREFORMED STRUCTURE
The Unique's structure is skillfully designed with different construction densities and pre-shaped for the riding position. This creates a "Peau d'Ange" (second skin) pant that demonstrates Q36.5's ergogenic concept at its best. Each individual area is tuned to support specific muscle groups during physical activity.
- GRADUAL COMPRESSION
The structure on the quadriceps has been designed with alternating degrees of density corresponding to different levels of graduated compression, from the largest at the bottom of the shorts, to the smallest at the top, stimulating and improving venous return during pedalling.
- RAW CUT
The leg end of the shorts has been laser cut and taped for maximum comfort and aerodynamics.
- LUMBAR SUPPORT
This area has the highest woven density, creating a support zone for the lumbar and gluteal muscles. This provides the rider with improved stability, orientation, balance and proprioceptivity in this critical zone where all the major muscles involved in pedaling are connected. Pure silver thread has been inserted in this region, not only for its antibacterial and conductive properties, but also for its ability to block electromagnetic fields to allow the muscles to work unhindered.
- STABILITY AREA
The area in direct contact with the saddle has been reinforced with the introduction of Cordura® polyamide, which offers greater stability on the saddle, prevents loss of power and guarantees durability.
- THE SEAT PAD
The FUSION VENTED, an innovative, three-dimensional seat pad with its own design offers the ideal protection between the bib shorts and the saddle. The strategically placed, high-density, breathable foam was developed with the help of an ergonomic study that examined the contact areas on the saddle to find the best protection at all friction points of the saddle. The front of the seat pad, in the genital area, has a softer and lighter construction to reduce pressure and increase ventilation.
