TILT - Thermo Ionic Lining Technology.
TILT technology was born out of a desire to improve heat retention without making the sleeping bag heavier. TILT stands for Thermo Ionic Lining Technology and is a heat-reflective textile finish that significantly reduces the loss of radiant heat from the body without compromising pack size or breathability. For the new Titanium 7D material, we took inspiration from aerospace technologies and rescue blankets. The fibers of this material have been coated with titanium, which reflects heat back to the body.
