The Ascendor Alpine Pants offer impressive freedom of movement during ascents in extreme mountain terrain and should not be missing in the winter luggage of mountaineers and alpinists. The pants are more durable than any other in the Ascendor range, their protective function is optimal and thanks to their two-layer Matrix™ softshell material, they are exceptionally wind and weather resistant. While the flexible, mid-weight material keeps you warm in boisterous weather, the reinforced leg cuffs protect your lower legs from rough terrain and the prongs of crampons.

The Ascendor Alpine pants have a partially width-adjustable waistband, adjustable hook-and-loop closures, and can be worn with a belt or removable suspenders. An all round customisable fit. The high waistband fits seamlessly under a sling; the pre-shaped knees and long gusset allow climbers complete freedom of movement. Two concealed zippers on the thighs provide the necessary air circulation, and the zipper at the ankle allows the leg cuff to be adjusted to fit heavy, winter-ready climbing shoes. The Ascendor Alpine pants have two front pockets and one back pocket with YKK zippers that can always be relied on.
