The Ascendor AS is a multi-talented mountain pant; it is durable and protects against wind and weather. Suitable for climbing a variety of terrain in all seasons, it has a slim cut and offers maximum freedom of movement.

The Ascendor AS pant, made of durable, medium-weight Matrix™ softshell, is a heavier version of the Ascendor Light for the summer months. Suitable for any season, it is breathable but warms in cold conditions. The Ascendor AS pants have pre-shaped knees and a long gusset at the crotch, both of which provide ample freedom of movement for a high hip swing or long crotch length.

The high waistband is partially elastic and sits comfortably under a riser, and the pants can also be secured with a belt or suspenders. These climbing pants have two slip pockets with mesh lining, a zippered thigh pocket for storing essentials and reinforced inner leg cuffs to protect the lower legs. The zipper at the ankle allows you to adjust the leg cuffs wider or tighter, depending on your footwear (from trail running shoes to winter-ready climbing boots).
