The shorts from the Ascent collection are made from the 2-layer advanced 133 g Matrix material, the lightest of the technical double-woven stretch materials. Thanks to the soft, puffy fibers against bare skin and the shorts' smooth, dense weave, moisture wicking is fast even when you're giving it your all on the hot crag in summer.

As the wearer moves naturally, the diamond-shaped gusset takes advantage of the fabric's natural stretch, plus the durable woven upper gains from reinforced double-stitched seams and a reinforced, durable hem.

With a streamlined fit, three zippered slash pockets, a low-profile semi-elastic waistband, and a weight of just 209g, the women's Ascendor Light Shorts have you covered as they keep you cool on climbs.
