The patented Snapit adapter connects baskets, bags and other containers to Racktime racks. The adapter is simply placed on the rack and pushed forward until it snaps into place. By pressing the green release lever, it can be released from the rack just as easily. Bags or baskets that you want to take along can be screwed onto the adapter. The multifunctional Snapit adapter stands out for its easy handling and its low weight. Width-adjustable and thus compatible with the Racktime Lightit luggage carrier, among others.
With model year 2021, Racktime introduced a new system luggage carrier in cooperation with the bike manufacturer KTM, where the Snapit adapter cannot be used due to an increased safety risk. These carriers can be recognized by the curved carrier profile (see picture), for which we recommend the Snapit 2 system.
