The REVOLOOP.mtb ultra is the battle cry for steep climbs and was trimmed from REVOLOOP to lightweight construction, which is reflected in a product weight of only 45 grams. Its light weight saves about 100 grams per wheel, which makes starting and climbing less effort. The material formulation developed specifically for this tube combines a very high mechanical strength with simultaneous elasticity of the material and thus enables the innovative, specific property profile of this bicycle tube.
The valve made of particularly impact- and break-resistant thermoplastic is ahead of its time. Minimum weight paired with maximum performance. A specially designed valve foot prevents damage to the hose by sharp edges at the valve hole. The tough plastic minimizes valve breakage on the toughest trails with low air pressure.
Features of the REVOLOOP REVO.MTB ultra hose
- ETRTO 42-60/ 584
- inch 27.5 x 1.6-2.4
- Sclaverand/Presta valve
Please note: REVOLOOPs may be inflated outside the tire with a maximum pressure of 0.5 bar!
Technologies
R E V O L O O P® Valves
Lightweight and Sturdy.
The valves developed by REVOLOOP are made of a special, high-strength thermoplastic polyurethane. They combine the highest technical standards with minimal weight and sophisticated design. The internally welded valve base protects the tube from damage caused by sharp edges on the valve bore in the rim and the dreaded valve breakage.
R E V O L O O P® Welding technology
Quasi Seamless.
REVOLOOPs patent-pending welding process makes it possible for the first time to weld thermoplastic hoses with large wall thicknesses in such a way that an almost flat seam can be produced. This technologically sophisticated process enables REVOLOOP to achieve perfect rolling comfort combined with maximum safety against failure due to snakebite and puncture.
R E V O L O O P® Material
Ecologically responsible.
Thermoplastic polyurethanes are recyclable plastics. Since both the tube and the valve are made of TPU, R E V O L O O P® bicycle tubes can be completely recycled. Out of responsibility towards the environment.
