The Tubolito Tubo Road 700C road bike tube makes road bikes even lighter. Whether with rim brakes or with disc brakes - the Tubo Road 700C fits easily in all 28" road bike tires with a width between 18 and 28 mm. Weight savings compared to standard tubes: about 70 grams of rotating mass per wheel. The puncture resistance is also outstanding: to puncture the Tubo-Road-700C, twice as much force is required as with a standard tube.

Tubolito hoses made of high-tech thermoplastic material can withstand twice higher forces than standard hoses. The material can be stretched more than four times, providing maximum protection from a puncture.

Tubolito hoses under test

A 0.75 mm test mandrel travels at a defined speed through a pre-drilled hole in the casing. Tire pressure is 2.0 bar. The force and the distance to the tire burst are recorded. Tubolito is clearly convincing here: Puncture safety is twice as high as with standard tubes in terms of puncture.
