The pants themselves have abrasion-resistant reinforcements in the particularly stressed areas and is cut higher at the back, so that the kidneys are well protected even in a stooped position. The pants material is breathable and has been provided - invisible during the day - with a reflective print. The Comyou bike rain pants for women also offers a contribution to environmental protection - because a certified mass balance process is used for the recycled main material polyamide. In this process, pyrolysis oil is obtained from used tires, which is added to the conventional polyamide production. The chemical recycling thus significantly saves CO2.

The membrane is also made from recycled material. On top of that, it is climate-neutral: the emissions from materials, the manufacturing process and shipping were determined holistically and systematically reduced. Currently unavoidable emissions were completely offset via the independent non-profit organization "myclimate".
