The Wheels Manufacturing dropout savers are made of aircraft quality steel and designed to replace damaged threads in rear derailleur mounts. Dropout savers provide a economical and reliable alternative to the "major surgery" of replacing a complete dropout.

The wide dropout saver fits for dropouts with 7mm or more in thickness. The narrow version will fit for dropouts with less then 7mm in thickness.
