The functional and long-life bottom bracket with stainless steel bearings from White Industries:

Bottom bracket cups: BSA threaded 68/73mm
Bearing material: stainless steel
Works only with 30mm spindle
No spacers needed with White Industries R30 and G30 cranks on 68mm shells (73mm shells are too wide).
No spacers needed with White Industries M30 and A30 cranks on 73mm shells.
On 68mm shells, use one 2.5mm BSA cup spacer on each side.

Shimano mountain BB cups are 1mm narrower than our cups so you may need to add a 1mm axle spacer on each side when using a Shimano mountain crank.
