Due to the special Wolftooth drop-stop tooth profile you get great durability, chain retention and mud clearance.
Chainline: 49 mm for 26-34T
The 36T chainring has a chainline of 51mm to get enough clearance to the the chainstay.
Optimized to work with 10/11-speed chain, a 9-speed chain may fit too loosely.
