The energy gel for athletes - a useful combination of short- and longer-chain carbohydrates with vitamins B2 and B6.
The Energy Gels contain highly concentrated carbohydrate mixtures. The one-time dosage of 25 g per gel stick is tested well in training and in competition. It is easy to open the convenient gel stick envelope with one hand. Even at cold weather the gel keeps a convenient texture.
Vitamin B6 contributes among to other things to the reduction of tiredness and fatigue.
This Gel is the perfect addition to the Xenofit Energy Bars and the isotonic energy drink Xenofit competition.
Usage:
Before and during sports performance. 4 sticks per day with plenty of water (min. 200 ml / stick). At high load up to 10 sticks daily.
Dietary supplements are no substitute for a balanced, varied diet and healthy lifestyle. Contains caffeine (about 30 mg per 4 sticks). Not recommended for children and pregnant women. Store at room temperature.
