BEHIND THE PRODUCT

Assos has completely redesigned the mid-length Spring Fall Tight with a new waistband design and insert - in short, it's a whole new platform. The new waistband features hipClick construction, which stabilizes the leg panels and insert using a supportive but non-restrictive fit. The position of the padding has been adjusted on the UMA GT C2 insert to support more upright, less aggressive riding positions - ideal for comfort over longer distances, while training or touring.

WHEN/HOW TO USE IT

Pair the tight with the GTV Spring Fall Jacket C2 and ASSOSOIRES in late fall and early spring days, or stow a GTV Spring Fall Vest C2 in the pockets of the GT Spring Fall Jersey C2 to be ready for the often changeable weather of the transitional season.

FEATURED FABRICS

RX EVO provides mid-weight insulation for the mild, fluctuating temperatures of spring and fall. The brushed interior feels soft against the skin, is breathable, and has a water-repellent ECO coating so moisture is wicked away from the outside. The all-black material stays black and won't fade when stretched above the knee. The extremely breathable Tech Sheen Mesh wraps the waist with gentle compression.

The sleek regular fit provides total comfort on longer rides. New waistband construction is secure and comfortable.

ENGINEERING

• hipClick: A waistband construction that combines elastic layers and mesh layers. This provides high coverage that stabilizes the body panels of the tight and fixes the insert.
• Raw Cut: Smooth, flat leg cuffs provide a low-volume fit so there's no friction under covered, protective booties.

UMA GT C2 Seat Pad

• Shock-Absorb Damping Mono: Compressive foam layers in a 9mm thick platform for long runs. Thermal shaping reduces edges and irritation.
• goldenGate: Seam pattern secures the front and back, but at the same time puts the main part of the seat insert in a floating position so it moves with the body instead of against it.
• 3D Waffle: A patented, three-layer perforated foam that increases breathability and eliminates excess weight.
