The Magma Light Down Vest is a lightweight functional vest with many details, which can be worn well individually as well as a thermal insulation. High-quality, 100% recycled down (90/10 RE:Down, 700 cuin, 60 g/m²) provides good insulating properties and also demonstrates that sustainability played a major role in its development. The same applies to the windproof main material made of recycled polyamide, which has a PFAS-free water-repellent impregnation. The Magma Light Down Vest packs down beautifully and is best stored in its compression pocket. If you don't have a down vest in your hiking wardrobe yet, you should get one.

Magma is Bergans' core line of technical and functional down jackets that keep you nice and warm during your winter adventures. For all of them, performance and sustainability were top priorities during development. All Magma products are made exclusively from recycled materials. This starts with the lining and extends to the down and the outer fabric, which naturally received its water-repellent properties in a PFAS-free treatment.
