The BLACKROLL® DUOBALL 08 is not only Made in Germany - it is also a bestseller from BLACKROLL®. By combining two massage balls, this fascia ball is perfect for a soothing massage of parallel muscle strands. Bony prominences, especially the spinous processes of the spine, are simply left out by the recess, so you can massage your back, neck, shoulders, arms and legs with the BLACKROLL® DUOBALL 08. The BLACKROLL® DUO-FASCIA BALL 08 is perfect when it comes to self-massage of the back. This BLACKROLL® ball combines two fascia balls to perfect the massage of the thoracic and cervical spine. Parallel muscle strands can thus be massaged not only simultaneously, but also evenly. You do not touch the spinous processes, because the fascia balls run directly next to the spine.

Due to its size and shape, you can also use the DUOBALL massage ball for self-massage of your shins, arms and shoulders. Bony structures are not touched. In contrast to the DUOBALL 12, this fascia ball is characterized by a smaller diameter of 8 centimeters, which is why it is also suitable for selective self-massage.

Fascia training with the DUO massage ball 08

The DUOBALL 08 from BLACKROLL® was specially developed for the mobilization and regeneration of parallel muscle strands. Through slow and steady movements, you palpate the entire back musculature with the ball, although you can also use the fascia ball for your shoulders, Achilles tendons, shins, calves, upper and lower arms. The exercises are performed either against a wall or on the floor. By using your arms and legs, you can reduce or increase the pressure on the tissue being massaged. Once you have found a trigger, you should massage this point a little longer.
