The design makes the plate insensitive to accumulation of dirt in all conditions and is compatible with all shoes. The HT PRO Cleat System offers plates that differ in lateral mobility and release hardness (from soft to hard).
If there is too much sole contact, the entry and exit is made difficult. You can use the HT shims to adjust the distance of the cleats to the shoe to your personal requirements. 4 shims are included.
