The Grove ReWool is one of Icebug's most sustainable models. Natural elegance and sustainable awareness are the foundation for this minimalist winter boot. Equipped with the waterproof BUGdri™ membrane for dry feet during long days in nature. The high shaft of felted wool is made from cuttings left over from clothing production from Woolpower. The lower part of the upper is made of DriTan® leather. A long zipper facilitates putting on and taking off the boot. The insulation level is very high thanks to the soft, bluesign® certified fleece upper, the recycled wool insole and the use of Bloom® algae foam. In addition, the wide last offers a comfortable walking experience.

Outsole: Equipped with 14 dynamic carbide spikes, the BUGrip® outsole provides grip on a variety of surfaces - from wet asphalt, mud and snow to pure ice. The tip of the spikes is made of high-quality tungsten carbide, a material 25 times harder than steel.

BUGdri

Products marked with BUGdri™ feature continuous tape technology that encloses the foot like a sock in the form of a booty construction with membrane - between the lining and upper. This keeps water out from the outside and creates a comfortable microclimate on the inside.

BUGrip®

BUGrip® - This is the name of the ICEBUG traction technology for particularly slippery applications. The sole is equipped with a special rubber compound including 13-19 steel spikes,
which react dynamically to different surface hardness and body weight. When the sole comes into contact with a hard surface, the studs move into the interior of the
rubber - on dry asphalt they largely sink in, offering an almost unchanged running feel and only a soft clack indicates that the anti-slip is in play.
