With the unique Löffler hotBOND® technology, highly elastic materials are spot-welded using ultrasound. This means no seams that can pinch or chafe. Special machines are used to melt the layers of fabric on the surface and thus weld them into very flat joints. These joints are not only comfortable to wear, but also more tear-resistant and durable than conventional seams.

Löffler uses ultrasonic welding to join highly elastic materials with the proven hotBOND® technology. What is new is that these connection points reflect when illuminated by a special processing technique. This means for tights and shirts: no seams that press or chafe, plus more safety through 360 degree visibility. The connections without needle and thread are extremely tear-resistant, as elastic as the material itself and ultra-flat. The reflection points only show their full effect under the light beam, otherwise they are very discreet.
