Equipped with full-length Nike React foam and a reworked, breathable upper, this agile, fast training shoe allows you to zigzag quickly on the trail as well as around town. It's lower to the ground and lighter than the previous version, so you can tackle off-road trails with speed and confidence. The multidirectional traction lugs in the heel are made of extra abrasion-resistant rubber. They improve grip on ascents and descents, even in wet conditions, so you stay connected to the trail.

Nike React technology provides a smooth and responsive ride thanks to durable, lightweight foam. Nike implemented a full-length React midsole and removed the forefoot Air element from the previous version, so you can get even closer to the ground without sacrificing comfort and speed. The upper is lightweight and reductive, so you won't feel the shoe on your foot and still enjoy cushioning on the trails. It is made of specially designed mesh that is stronger and more flexible than traditional mesh and prevents dirt from entering. The midfoot strap provides stability and support to minimize movement in the shoe. Extra tough, abrasion-resistant materials provide durability in key areas, such as the overlays in the toe box and the rubber outsoles on the heel and forefoot.
